SATRONIK HDL

Large format laser for dynamic cutting.

The SATRONIK HDL is a modern CNC-controlled machine concept that combines high efficiency, great flexibility and cutting with the best quality and accuracy.

Large-scale sheet metal processing, e.g. 3 x 30 m or more - is the domain of the HDL. The laser cutting machine can be used universally for a wide variety of materials. Cutting thicknesses depend on the available laser lines of 4, 5 and 6 kW. A SATRONIK_HDL is available in cutting widths from 2.5 m. The cutting lengths are "almost" unlimited.

SATRONIK HDL

The double portal bridge of the HDL is specially designed for high-precision laser cutting in a torsion-resistant and weight-optimized design. Excellent running properties result from two torsionally rigid carriages.

The form-fitting, double-sided longitudinal drive takes place via powerful three-phase synchronous motors. A linear transverse guide on the machine bridge ensures that the cutting head carriage runs precisely. High-precision, helical-toothed pinions and racks determine the smooth running in both axes of the SATRONIK HDL.

The laser beam of the HDL is guided in the Y direction over moving mirrors. The laser resonator travels in the X direction. Beam length compensation enables the best and consistent cutting quality on the entire work surface. The consequent decoupling of the raw laser beam and its deflecting mirrors from the ambient atmosphere by means of housing with box bellows results in thermal stability in the beam path.
