Gantry machine

Stability, precision and flexibility in the revolutionary machine design

The sturdy, torsion-resistant and air-cooled structure in the half-timbered construction of the C ensures the necessary rigidity and thus excellent stability. Heat dissipation plates under the boom ensure additional protection. The welded carriage moves on four guide shoes with central lubrication on a double linear longitudinal guide system and is driven by helical toothed pinions and racks.

The burners are guided crossways using dirt-resistant, ground and hardened round rod guides.
The digitally controlled drive consists of a high-quality, wear-free and play-free toothed belt in conjunction with a powerful three-phase synchronous motor and a high-precision planetary gear.
Energy chains in separate guides to the units on the bridge round off the practical construction of the machine. The properties of the SATRONIK_C guarantee a convincing cut quality. The SATRONIK_C is available in working widths of 1.5 - 3.0 m.

Your Benefit

The positive longitudinal drive, with helical teeth with three-phase synchronous motors, is integrated in a welded carriage with a double linear guide system and guarantees a convincing cutting performance.

User friendliness:

The stationary CNC control unit allows user-friendly, intuitive operation, programming and control of your machine, including digital motor control.

The cantilever bridge can be attached either on the left or on the right. In this way, your wishes can be taken into account individually during planning.

All from a single source:

The SATRONIK C can be equipped for oxy-fuel, plasma and marking processes on request.
